No office drama like forcing people to bring their personal and social life in office. Come to office, work and learn, finish work and go home and enjoy life. Your social and personal life is all intact with you and on your command. If you are looking for office circus and drama then please stay away from Temenos. Culture is terrible. Multifonds is a horrible product to work for with a lot of internal politics and sub-par management. The Product and QA teams have toxic environment, with management favouring people from a specific state only. Appraisals and hikes are poor. You are expected to work long hours and even on weekends with no overtime or benefits. Career stagnation is bound to happen in such a work place. I like Nothing about working at Temenos. Not even I feel secure about parking my vehicle in parking slot, cause there is no security.

The worst management I feel in Temenos. There is only one appraisal in last 3 years and there is no shift allowance. Also none will encourage you to improve at skills. There is no self training courses. All are just for bluffing. The management is too biased.

Not alone appraisal, the higher authority people dont even understand or show humanity towards even a woman is going to go in maternity leave in few weeks, a bunch of workload will be given and not even a single value and would rate us on rating 4, and layoff very cheapest and mean high authority here without any single knowledge, It's very funny that people with empty mind( VP or AVPs)take personal vengeance while appraisal comes into picture I don't understand why these people take this as a weapon to underestimate even the good performer....Read More

Every year they will do layoffs, and put under performance improvement to quit the the job less hike and No job security even though if you perform well. Mid level seniors 5-10 years from other companies will not join here as the company is full politics. Those who started their career in temenos and liked by the reporting manager can stay. Average Place to Work. Got Lucky and got a good team manager. It's a good company that helps to adjust you to corporate World. Foundation in basic Skills would get stronger but You need to take the step and ask for the work.

Salary and Hikes are below Average. Promotions are not purely based on Performance. After a certain point of time, the tech stack kind of stuck. You won't be learning new things compared to the outside world i.e very Rigid tech stack. Achievements are Promotions are very Difficult to come by if you work in a larger team. Also Depends upon your Manager.

Hate the work culture. It's completely a Chennai based company with pure regionalism. They want us to stay in office for 9 hours but there are no good food in office canteen. Got food diarrhoea after eating from office canteenThe office is located in bad location. One must travel a lot in Bangalore traffic to reach the location. They micromanage everything. Manager puts the entire pressure on you without taking a bit of responsibility.
