Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is huge cafeteria Company policies ate good, they give good salary hike and bounds every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue Salary is decent but career growth is slow There is a bond of 3 year before which you cannot resign.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learn lot on the job.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
