I am sharing the experience of mine from the on-site project. Zero work life balance. Asks to work over-time, on national holidays and weekends. No appreciation for the people working on-site. Only shoe lickers get the appraisal and promotion. Zero communication between the employee and the management. Micro Management at its best. No leaves are approved. You have to beg them to approve leaves even for 2 days. Toxic culture in the on-site project. Not at all good for freshers. There is zero opportunities....Read More

Company can improve its work culture by avoiding the micromanagement Also, they can make the work more flexible to employees. Can work on improving employee appraisal and promotion for better performance

So, i have worked so I will be able to tell you in detail. Probably the best company. Right from the start that is from telephonic interview to the actual client interview it has been the best. First and foremost, there will be no problems and if there are they will always have a solution no matter how large or small the issue is. No job security even if you worked hard. No proper information. Full fake words and commitment . No work life balance. Total waste. Simply they were taking and using for respective 5 to 6 months project then without notice they rolled out it.

There is no like to describe and too wrost company and everything they are telling lie and fake. During initial call they will inform us for L1 position but after hiring it will be different and it is like above L3 role. And there is no allowances will be provided.
