When I worked in the HR department at Tega we were a small team of 4 including myself. The team bonding under my boss Mrs Subhashree Chander was excellent! It was a politics free team! Plus all the SBU heads were extremely cooperative.

Unprofessional HR-Bhaskar sen & no guts plant head-Punit Kalra. Worst organisation running in west bengal in verge of only political support.

Bhaskar sens sitting over there spreading rumors and manipulating by taking money from labors to maintain the attendance.HR no safety culture, no employee welfare nothing is there. No ehs officers stays here more than 10 months.

Promotion/appraisal /increment /incentives are terrible. Biased and favouritism promotion. Not good for lateral entry unless higher management level. Too much politics.

They will make you travel a lot. If you are a bachelor, it will be a plus factor for you. They have developed Industry 4.0 to production in one of the plants under the leadership of the only intelligent person I know in the company but the production processes is so poorly maintained that it is next to impossible to automate it. They use SAP for business. They do not worry about the expense. They got GPTW certified....Read More

There is nothing that actually works, people voted against the work culture but still they got GPTW certificate. People are always on war foot. Everything is urgent but the process to get things done is absent, no defined scope of work for anyone. There is no traceability for any process, any one can poke into the business process of the other department. No quality management system present for any of the department, they have strict SOP for production however the product rejection rate is high and there is always a clash with the quality department to approve product on deviation. Neither they have SLA for internal department functions nor do the staff has the intellect to request or provide you the solutions for a job. No one in the company, including the top management is serious about getting the business process streamlined in the existing SAP. They would simply spend 3x more on anything if that doesn't work instead of rectifying the Root cause. Too much politics , boleto dirty Senior management never compromise to take their credit before achieve the success on the particular case . Dealer management team leader not so much supportive to sales people . Always gives priority to big order .
