Very bad Company for you if you expect growth in your life, Very poor unprofessional management, Hr department don't no why are they in the company, very bad work culture and growth specially in their Kalyani plant, higher management has no descition making skills very casual approach to people's problems suggested don't leave your current job to work here

Worst company, there is no specific system of appraisal, your PMS might be change by your senior bosses who will give you below rating, there is no mean how much you did in previous year. No work system, engineers are getting workers salary. I never want to stay here.
