There's nothing to be liked about this organisation.. Everything including positive reviews are fake posted by HR and its team

Regional Politics at every level. You need to know Tamil and Telugu in this organisation. Common language is not spoken at all, even in groups. Salaries and appraisals not on time. No PF paid for more than 6 months making it horrible for transfer. No full and final settlement and no response by HR Team. CHRO and Finance Officer don't respond to emails. Since the time new CFO came 2 years back everything turned bad. Most corrupt person who is responsible for this downturn of this organisation. The only think which I like in tecnotree is we can learn the latest technologies and we will be working in all areas like frontend and backend and deployments.

Work life is balance is very poor. In covid time they made us to work around 18 hours. Salary hike is dream. There wont be hike every year . if they give also it will be very less in single digits irrespective of your rating. Management is poor. Hr support is poor. No transport faci lity. You wont have personal life. You may need to work in weekends without any extra pay....Read More
