This company will get your original marksheet or certificate like mortgage before taking to the client company. The company will insist you to sign a 3 year contract with low wages. There will be rotational shift . A little appraisal like yearly 500 add up in your monthly salary. 100% no job security any time they will kick you out of the office. And irritate you by keeping your certificates and curse you. For more than a year they won't provide experience certificate. Many employees getting suffer.The company culture the two heads will behave like a goons. Even they won't make us work you will be shifted to Equitas bank is the client company there also toxic people. You will be suffer with client company and management.
