Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there toošŸ„²ā€”panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Maā€™am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha ā€“ Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Maā€™am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Maā€™am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect ā€“ She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Maā€™am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.šŸ˜‰ The Final Jugaad ā€“ She looked stressed. "Maā€™am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, thatā€™s the best!
