This company has a very long history and it is one of the best places to work except in Indian locations. Since it is an Oil & Gas industry it rarely adopts a big change in technology. It is already far advanced in terms of technology and can be comparable to Aircraft Manufacturing Industries considering the fact of what major changes had happened in an aircraft design in last 5 decades? Except automation in few areas though. Since the market is down the salary/appraisal is worst from past 3 years as the HR guys say. Job security is okayish. More politics in Indian office. Career growth is dependant in which team you belong. Working in US and Europe region of this company is far better....Read More
