The company provides some level of freedom in how you should approach your work. Minimum micro-management. Helpful colleagues. Vast knowledge base is open to all if you are willing to learn. Learning is great! No restrictions in terms of whom you can approach. Hyderabad office in Hitech city is a good facility. Some leads and managers are really helpful and free-going in nature.

Dislikes

"Pleasing the boss" is going too overboard. Too much work for the available engineers; seems like the company accepts more work than it can handle. The work culture is shifting towards bad, in the sense that if you need a promotion and salary hike, you need to show an offer from another company! Laid back attitute of the concerned officials when it comes to giving promotion to deserving engineers. Confusing and ever changing policy and org structure.
