The work is bad, everybody is expected to do sales. They paint a great picture of the company and your growth in the company , but it’s actually really terrible. One founder specifically, they talk a lot and promise a lot, but can’t really stand by it. Further, the overall work culture isn’t bad, it’s absolutely PATHETIC. They had “disciplinary monitors” for the employees to see if the employees are coming on time or not and to ensure that they are not on their phones. Let me tell you, these disciplinary monitors used to come almost just an hour before the founders (more than an hour or two late from the actual timings) and one of the disciplinary monitor used to show their reels to their fellow employees. So, definitely a great choice of people to keep a check on other employees. There is a lot of politics in this office. They promise a good pay, but are only looking to exploit interns, that’s it. Overall, it is a really bad organization to be a part of because the kind of work they are doing, the tactics they use to get work, it is very unethical and wrong. Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

They pay peanuts for the amount of work that needs to be done, everything is done in a very raw and unprofessional manner, with no formal communications, and no clear guidance whatsoever. More than half the company is running on interns. If at all you see good reviews of this company, it's by the ones who are at a higher level, are associated since the start, and are naturally being paid well.
