The absence of basic amenities like provision of laptops and dedicated workspace further adds to the challenges. while the concept of WFH is embraced the sporadic presence of managers, and the absence of direct managerial support, poses obstacles in seeking guidance and feedback. Additionally, the absence of a designated manager, with only senior managers present, complicated the hierarchical structure.
