1. The company environment is toxic, where colleagues are unable to interact or even have lunch together. 2. As a Graphic Designer, this may not be the right fit for you. The manager of the Graphic Design team lacks professionalism, often resorting to abusive language and inappropriate behavior when discussing tasks. Even if you work independently, criticism is often met with harsh language. 3. The Operations Manager, who oversees the team, engages in office politics and demands an unrealistic quota of 17 high-quality graphics daily, often forcing unpaid overtime of 3-4 hours if targets are not met. Failure to comply can result in abrupt termination without HR involvement. 4. The HR department appears to lack independence, often following the directives of management without due process. 5. During interviews, attractive salary packages are promised, but actual take-home pay falls far short of expectations.
