Very bad management. Not at all understanding people. Will mentally frustrate you when you are on notice period. Will give a completely fake and wrong background verification to the new company you join, out of anger and to satisfy their ego. Will give you broken assets and once you leave, they will blame you for the same and will make deductions in your salary. Moreover they will look for more excuses to make unnecessary deductions in your FNF Amount.
