I worked in Tech2globe for 1 years. Thank fully my team leads we're good in nature and technically strong. So I learnt a lot from them and so I passed the same to my team as I had been promoted as team lead.

After Investing 1.5 years into this company, it's disheartening to note the lack of growth opportunities. The absence of basic amenities like provision of laptops and dedicated workspace further adds to the challenges. while the concept of WFH is embraced the sporadic presence of managers, and the absence of direct managerial support, poses obstacles in seeking guidance and feedback. Additionally, the absence of a designated manager, with only senior managers present, complicated the hierarchical structure.
