It's internal management policies and politics There managers are worst in managing the team. Initially they interact very well and dig deep into associates Personal life and when the time comes they start playing with the weakness of the associates If someone is against them, simply they will make the associate out of the organisation. (this happens with the help of HR directly). 100% no safety for women employees. I feel tech Mahindra hi-tech city sez have more womenisor than any other organisation. Package is 4.1 but 5000 getting deducted for gratuity which is big amount. If that was not deducted we use to get 32000pm it is upsetting we get gratuity amount only if we are in the company for 5years
