I had worked twice with Tech M for more than 6 years at 2 locations & job is secured there.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Good
Job security - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Growth opportunities are less or managers don't want the top ones to move in new projects, having fear how the current process will run.

Work Details

It was good . I was handling 24x7 international process.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I've been working as a QA in Tech Mahindra for almost 3 years now. Total experiences around eight years. I got a job in a new organisation for 20 lakhs fixed, but it's Night Shift. I'm just wondering if I choose Money over health and night shift or just take the new job and get out of the organisation for after one year. My Current CTC is 15L and Work Life balance is Awesome in TechM
