Their is no job security in Tech M. No one know when you will get a call from the HR and they will ask you to self resign. It happened with me and with other employee also. Without any reason & notice they will simply ask to resign, else they will terminate. One more thing, they will hire employee without having any project and willkeep employee in bench for max 3 month and after that you will be auto terminate. Now, it depend on which project they are hiring and moreover, I can say it is depend on your luck :)...Read More
