In tech Mahindra there is work life balance and work culture is good and events by josh team are refreshing at times.

Dislikes

I dislike the fact that they do not bring much implementation projects and trending technology projects but all those trending technologies are made accessible to employees but what’s the use when the trained or upskilled employees can’t find such projects to work on 🙄

Work Details

I was so frustrated and devastated when they thrown me into some mere level 1 support project ( college students can do that work) infact this was faced by so many employees i bet. Then I upskilled myself and moved into sap domain 😒

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Hello All, I am currently working as a Senior Consultant with PwC since May 2022. I have an offer from Tech Mahindra of 20LPA (17.5 fixed) and currently I am in a package of 13LPA(11.69 fixed). Total exp: 6 years as Business Analyst Will it be a good decision to switch to Tech Mahindra or stay with PwC for longer term? Need your guidance and help on deciding the same? Thanks in advance
