The list is long but I will try to summarise. The policies are good but the management is very poor. The way they treat their advisors is like a disposable commodity. You are good for them as long as you work silently. The moment you start having grievance and complaints, they will start targetting you by wickedly manipulating the policies and issue you Disciplinary actions and manipulate your performance ratings and sabotage your career and future in the organization. No matter how much you escalate, it will be of no use because every higher level in management will only support the lower management only. There is absolutely no transperancy and confidentiality when you escalate a grievance. The aggrieved advisor will eventually be cornored until he gives up and compromises with the injustice or quits the company. I am just sharing my own experience and observation....Read More

I'm into the ojt phase. They will keep you in training for in total 1 month then on job training for 2 months. These months are cakewalk you won't have to worry about the numbers. Your managers and mentors will give their best to help you out. If you have skill issue then they are ready to help you if you have will issue they'll simple kick off.

Dislikes

Some of the KPIs which is not in our hand those are core KPIs and we feel demotivated some time when you've given your 100% but at the end cz of someone you lose your numbers.

Nothing as such lot of politics we work had for incentive but at the end our manager says you have been disqualified because of xyz reason lot of preasure .

Dislikes

There is nothing to be liked. Worst management and hr team. Even hr will talk in favour of company just preasure and make our life hell. If they find any small mistake they will eat up your incentive . I wont recommend Its like ( bade bade bate ani vadapav khate🤣)

Worst experience i had ever wont recommend any one TL is a slave and even we only managers ccm can stay there because they don’t have any work rather than threatening advisor and lot of politics
