I don't have any idea abt tech mahindra but the team which I have worked is good work wise. I have learnt many new things after joining HR transformation team. But don't know why kiran v s played with my career.

Dislikes

There is no job security, they asked me to leave suddenly n gave me 1 week time to search for another role. I successfully searched but internally, my IBU head and cpo did injustice to me by not giving approvals to move to different team. And finally they asked me to leave suddenly after 1week. My over all experience was bad because of Mr. Kiran v s.

Work Details

My work was good I joined 11 months before I have learned many things if was given a chance to work more definitely I would have become a best employee. I would like to blame my IBU head , for me being jobless today. Too much of injustice, unfair.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
