I joined as a senior associate and during the interview I was informed that there will be rotational shifts. However, when I joined and cleared the training they told that there will be permanent night shift. So l left the job. They have cheated me. If you want to join TechM please discuss everything about shift timing else you will be in a big trouble.

Dislikes

Shift timing was worst. During the interview they informed me that there will be rotational shifts but after joining they told that only night shifts will be there. Fraud people.

I am sorry but I am working in tech M from last 1year there no such thing is good about the company.Only the good thing is that They will provide you salary on time that's it.

I would suggest you to please go with other good company's if you are exp one.In which atleast a job security because in Tech M no job security are there. They will threaten you every single day of work.
