Excellent growth opportunities, skillcupgrade options. Chance to work on innovative ideas.

Dislikes

Remuneration, its the worse part. They may hire externally at high ctc but won't give any raise year on year. Even at management levels the pay is way below industry norms.

Work Details

I get to work on legacy as well as new technologies and am being trained on them as well. Career growth has been good. is to get aligned for relevant projects. Moving between projects is not very open, have to literally fight for it.

There is nothing to like. Politices, unethical practices, corruption, unfairness etc are the only thing that is found.

Everything. In the name of cost cutting, employees are fired using performance as a measure.

Dislikes

In 4 years of job they cancelled 2 years of increment cycle. Increments percentage and salary growth is very very poor.. wouldnt like to recommend anyone to join!!
