While the organisation and it's culture is great. Great pay scale for ops. Lot of growth opportunitiy for employees. The middle management are useless and spoiled the work environment

Some immediate supervisors and managers do not work at all and don’t care about the team and their growth. Buzy doing micro management and hv spoiled the work culture. Creat toxic work culture within the team. The higher management do not care and never take action as they do not want to increase their work either. I total inspite of having all the provisions and facilities its a total failure
