1. Working culture is awesome 2. Team in project helpful 3. My manager Nilesh Gupta is very politely and I motivated from him. Thank you sir 4. Salary on time (end of month 30/31) 5. Variable in CTC is depends on performance but it get disburse on time Most important: In case of any chance to go back then I will definitely go back to TeamLease again Thanks Teamlease Sumit

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
