There is a skill development program but they didn't do placement on existing skills.like we upgrade our skills need to work on that environment but skills remains and we have to do the profile job which we get .

Locations too odd decent salary on that we can't afford to relocate there we only option to have up and down and on this its consume 4-5 hrs daily.
