Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Salary on time Connectivity with CEO if there is an issue , he might blow it out of proportions but atleast your concerns get a response , even if later action isn't taken.

Non technical people expected to make technical decisions A lot of internal politics The people he keeps closest to him atleast in this resort endeavours keep lying to him and the CEO believes them blindly, and starts behaving erratic and showing how much of an unprofessional jerk he can be

...ot working complaint for Team computer manger. Our side support for all manager. Engineer side not support in team but salary date 1 or 2 credit this company so many people came to Engineer heavy work for field support still Engineer one or two days relive in company and very strictly call per day 7 call. one day maximum four call and five call Aten to Engineer still not working properly to question for purpose.
