The organization primarily focuses on work culture and time-based contributions rather than providing future-oriented training. There are no structured programs for upskilling, certification reimbursements, or clear policies on external courses. Basic facilities like TADA are not adequately provided, and leave policies are enforced as per management discretion without proper acknowledgment. Additionally, after onboarding, the HR team does not actively engage with employees for feedback or appraisals.
