It was good before corona impact.i loved working in team computers with previous management it was supportive and work culture was positive. Company policy is so-so only in the favor of company.

Dislikes

Only politics is going on in management level as I experienced with current managemnt. After 2020, management is completely changed and focusing on cost cutting only, employee is feeling bad, over loaded and experiencing illness. There is lacking people management issue. No carear growth.

Manager favoritism is one of the hated reason i left to NOC ,so many polictics if you are favorite of your manager its very good to you....most the employee got LWP in covid situation and company ceo distributed food to all migrant labour but his dont know, his own worker are LWP ,HR team Behavior like they are superior in the world they doest not pick the call....that company not tolerate his worker or employee for 2 months in covid situation ,in NOC team 65 member was there right now 18-20 member here no job security.....Read More
