TCS doesn't fire employees easily, and it has a good medical insurance which can really help someone whose parents, or who himself/herself is suffering from some major diseases.

Dislikes

Office politics, work culture, the way hardworking employees are treated. I've experienced that knowledge and efficiency at work is valued less than showing up and being available for more and more hours.
