They are more data centric and avoid looking after their employees. They offer growth but it's not explained how it works. I got promoted to a Unit Manager but they have not given it on paper not they have increased my salary . So doing a job with higher responsibility but being paid as a agent.

If you are at your mid age and is looking for a career with job security having a great work-life balance then TCS is the best company to work with

Appraisal and recommendations are not satisfactory. India's inflation rate starts at 8% hence if yearly appraisal is below 5% then we are not even beating the inflation with our hike which is a pain at TCS

Lack of new opportunities, poor management and ineffective leadership are major issues. Dirty politics force good leaders to leave, causing employees to suffer as management fails to follow TCS values. Everything depends on having good leaders.

Not good for freshers as we will not get desired hands on skill development and increment is not that good .

There is nothing to like about tcs. If you want to stay forever then only come toh tcs. Because in tcs , you will not able to learn anything. They will tell you about project and when you accept that project and start attending calls then you come to know that this is very different what they told.

Does not have good Projects. No learning. Forcefully put in manual testing work. No appraisal and hike.

Bossism , Regionalism of Andhra Folks, pure politics, no hikes at all , bitching and voilent leads , Extremely toxic culture, too much pressure in the project, no recognition, no acknowledgement, no spot awards , Nothing to add particularly in CV , all stupid support work , pathetic, pathetic and extremely pathetic project.
