Trying to switch after 8 years

If you are working on Client side then forgot that your are in tcs .. you need to follow client orders and forgot about holidays festivals celebration and tcs also not taking care for employees those who are working in client no promotion no apraisal ... during diwali we need to request our manager to give some diwali gift
