TCS is well reputed organization to work. There is lot to learn for the freshers and experienced one can look to settled into the organisation. Everything is good, apart from salary increment and yearly compensation.

Dislikes

Hate is a strong word. But I would say lower hike and high politics would be the reason for hate.
