Food is most important for human , here food is not good So try to best quality food.... Shift time also 12 hours very hard so try 8 hours shift .. like after marriage we can't maintain 12 hours our family members frist most important 8 hours is best ...

Office location is terrible. TCL is not able to manage its business in India currently. Various cost cutting measures have been implemented starting from unavailable bathroom tissue papers to travel to achievement incentives, everything you can imagine. Upper management sets unrealistic expectations/targets and expects to achieve it. No marketing budget, no expenditure on promoting its product line-up, cannot understand how customers will be aware.
