I worked as a Resident Engineer, but they have a policy that every vendor(3rd party payroll) should have work only for 2 years . After 2 years everyone go for cooling period (3 months). In cooling period they doesn't provide any salary. They didn't informed me before joined the TCL company. So in that case 3 months no work no pay.
