Well it was nice working with TCI, taught me many things but the work culture is not you should expect here and HR policies are nightmare no security for the employees. Overall I won't recomend anyone in this organisation.

Dislikes

This organisation is being owned by Agrawal's again a Baniya who are mean minded for their money good people but money minded and no relaxation on leaves day off even in COVID-19 pandemic they want everyone to be in office no matter what. That's what I didn't like.

It has been more than a year from the date of my resignation. I am yet to receive my experience certificate.

Work culture. No monitoring of CSR activities, what so ever.
