Work culture is very good here. Having politics but less and here good management. Getting appraisal timely. Transport facility, excellent insurance benefits, lunch and good increment yearly. Good work culture, total 8 hrs duties upto 5 days. No work on both Saturday and Sunday. Managers r not pressurized on the chemist. So we can say it is good culture as a whole

Management does not give value to the Bengali people.A person who worked really hard and continuously work here for 10 years or more, his selary structure is quite low the those guy who change 3-4 companies and now working here. In some cases seniors create excess pressure to you and you can not properly maintain your work life balance.
