Work culture is very good here. Having politics but less and here good management. Getting appraisal timely. Transport facility, excellent insurance benefits, lunch and good increment yearly. Good work culture, total 8 hrs duties upto 5 days. No work on both Saturday and Sunday. Managers r not pressurized on the chemist. So we can say it is good culture as a whole

Food quality is not good. That is my opinion.

Based on 15 yrs experience at TCG, it is a great place to work. Here job is more secure compare to other CRO company. Work culture is average at TCG. People is co-operative here. Facilities like health Insurance is very good.

Dislikes

I dislike about poor Management, not maintain Safety properly, poor salary structure. People are very much frustrated here about salary. At TCG we are facing great politics.
