Upon my integration into Tatvic's culture, I found it to be excellent, and the annual trip was truly fantastic.

I strongly advise against joining Tatvic if you're looking for career growth and stability. This company is a nightmare for any professional seeking a meaningful and progressive career path. Here are the major issues I faced: No Career Growth: Despite working here for over a year, there was absolutely no scope for career advancement. The company lacks any clear career progression plan, leaving employees stuck in the same role indefinitely. Failed Management: The higher management is highly disorganized and lacks a clear vision. They set no fixed goals and seem to be playing with employees' careers without any concern for their professional development. Pathetic Appraisals: The appraisal system is a joke. Instead of rewarding hard work and dedication, they offer a meager fractional increase in salary that doesn't even come close to industry standards. This shows how little they value their employees. Lack of Direction: The company operates without any clear strategy or direction. Projects are mismanaged, and there is a constant sense of chaos and confusion. If you want to ruin not just your career but also your mental health, physical health and financial health go ahead and join this company. It's a full package. There is no vision, stability or policies in this company. High on drama, power grabbing politics and scheming it's like a washed up daily soap. The current MIS team are cheap, unskilled and a bunch of bullies and the owner brothers let this culture continue because they get gossip and want to keep personal relations. There are no HR policies. Just a bunch of big phonies and their biggest work is to gossip around.tl The current HR head is weak in concepts and manipulative. The bonus got delayed post committed date because the owners were on vacation. Heights of mismanagement and lack of time management. The owners just get up in the morning and fire anyone for their whim or any stupid reason without even giving their due compensation as per law or their arrears or their bonuses. They are so inhumans that they even cut insurance premiums when employees leave early. The top management is not clear about thier goals and there is clear partiality in terms of appraisals and their hiring is not proper they assign anyone on the top of team and I was so discouraged every day to work there, the management change in every 4 months and KPIs are not clearly defined and sometimes unrealistic
