I strongly advise against joining Tatvic if you're looking for career growth and stability. This company is a nightmare for any professional seeking a meaningful and progressive career path. Here are the major issues I faced: No Career Growth: Despite working here for over a year, there was absolutely no scope for career advancement. The company lacks any clear career progression plan, leaving employees stuck in the same role indefinitely. Failed Management: The higher management is highly disorganized and lacks a clear vision. They set no fixed goals and seem to be playing with employees' careers without any concern for their professional development. Pathetic Appraisals: The appraisal system is a joke. Instead of rewarding hard work and dedication, they offer a meager fractional increase in salary that doesn't even come close to industry standards. This shows how little they value their employees. Lack of Direction: The company operates without any clear strategy or direction. Projects are mismanaged, and there is a constant sense of chaos and confusion. Playing with careers and can tell you to go any moment. Be ready for that. If someone wants to bring an halt to their career , please join the company. There is no growth, no development, skill development. Lot of politics and only favoritism to people who show up their faces to senior leadership to remain in good books. Worked herefor almost 3 years but the organization no more has a control over policies and employees. There is no retention policy and they are not concerned with the employees. It is all namesake. Careers come at stake if joining here. They do not even have the guts to share a severance letter if an employee has been laid off. Upon my integration into Tatvic's culture, I found it to be excellent, and the annual trip was truly fantastic.

Regarding Tatvic: 1) Instances where management has terminated employment. 2) Situations where management decisions regarding recruitment or promotions, such as appointing unexperienced individuals to senior positions like Head or VP, have been questionable. 3) Lack of follow-up or retention efforts when an employee resigns, indicating a disinterest in understanding the reasons behind their departure....Read More

The top management is not clear about thier goals and there is clear partiality in terms of appraisals and their hiring is not proper they assign anyone on the top of team and I was so discouraged every day to work there, the management change in every 4 months and KPIs are not clearly defined and sometimes unrealistic

It was good earlier. But worst in currrent times. So much Rigidity especially to team that is working day and night ~ Campaign Management. Not happy with the senior management and CEO. They are not very clear about the vision of the company. Campaign Leads are worst and only think about themselves rather than developing team.

Dislikes

Specially didnt liked approach of Media Planner lead in the team where he is not interested in training the juniors. This is not the way any company or team works. Also, not happy with overall culture. Not approaching and not helpful.

Very Stingy when comes to Variable Pay Policy and also not giving work-life balance to senior resources. Cannot expect much from stakeholders and management if your personality is dogmatic and have strong opinions
