Tata teleservices is a reputed company it tries to satisfy is employee but some how the satisfaction level doesnot fullfill by the co. company provides less job security so dont prefer anyone there, no growth for bottom level employees.

Its a great company to work with and learn the basics of telecome retail. Good teammates and seniors who always support for betterment and growth. Salary and appraisal is at par. Aggressive work environment.
