Haven't found a single thing to like about this company.

Dislikes

Almost everything ! Never accept any offer from Tata Teleservices Limited on off roll basis as you'll never get increment in your salary no matter how good and long you work for them. There's lots of difference between on roll and off roll employees on salary and other aspects as well.

Everything is bad except job security and work - life balance.

Dislikes

Compensation is very poor if you join on off roll basis, there are no benefits at all. You will get your fix salary only and that's not also on time, very poor management.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
