I would suggest to everyone, if get an opportunity than should work in any of the companies of Tata's. There are lots of learning and skill enhancement programs provided by them. Subordinate and reporting manager are very helpful in terms of professional and personal life.

Dislikes

"Final Settlement" process was not clear and no one give you better clarity about that and response time also bit delay form the FnF team. Rest all very good.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
