Job security in difficult times like COVID. Not otherwise for Non performers. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are generally supportive. Company HR policies are Employee friendly. Appraisals have not been at par in last few years.
Dislikes
* Meagre growth opportunities.
* Limited focus on Employee's personal/Skill development.
* Short sighted Management vision and actions in last couple of years.
* Lacks leadership at Top Management.
* Lacks in rewarding performing employees in terms of finances and growth.
* Least bothered about Employees Work life balance.
* Need to be available on calls and mails even on planned leaves/vacations.
* Favoritism
* Negative motivation techniques frequently opted over positive motivation techniques.
* Don't judge Tata group as a whole, its just this particular Organization is struggling to cope up with Group standards, processes and policies....Read More
