Company policies were good but work culture was bad due to some corrupted senior employees who did lot of partially with good and honest employees which was not acceptable with Name of Tata. TATA is a not just a name when we speak Tata many other things automatically comes to mind I.e Ethics Honesty Truth but due to some corrupted employees they disappointed many of Honest and hard working employees. It's time to do Smart work but not at cost of misusing your powers.
