The company is Very Good. Always teach to work with honesty. Transparent culture

Other Departments are good but the Finance and Account Department is evil. The manager does not bother to call you at 11 PM or 12 AM. Artificial pressure is more rather than actual pressure. Strict deadlines with limited time hence you have to work day and night and complete your task. But in the end, you will get nothing. Very lowpay and double work as compared to other companies. Almost everything ! Never accept any offer from Tata Teleservices Limited on off roll basis as you'll never get increment in your salary no matter how good and long you work for them. There's lots of difference between on roll and off roll employees on salary and other aspects as well.

Compensation is very poor if you join on off roll basis, there are no benefits at all. You will get your fix salary only and that's not also on time, very poor management.
