No Job security, Worked in TML SCV domain. Being a permanent employee i was forced to resign by company. Every year it depends on some Resource management team to get you billable project. If they do not find work/projects you are out in a month , it does not matter how hard you worked previous year and expecting good raise but whatyou get is non-voluntarily resignation. It is more a contractual based company. Tata name is just for the outside world. Inside it is not other than company run by individual. I am surprised to see how the employee are being treated in reputed company like TaTa. I can not even imagine the scenario in Tier2,3 companies....Read More

The company is a good place to get introduced to the technologies it is using and explore and jone your skills. The team i work with is friendly and cooperative. Yes a little office politics is there but when it comes to job security the company will top the chart with a great work life balance. The only thing that is a minus is the carrer growth rate is slow otherwise.

Dislikes

Compansation is ok bit the growth rate is very slow. The office timings are in shifts that starts at 6 inthe morning and ends at 12 in the night. Managers are a little hippocrates. Do not appreciate individual's efforts. My suggestions never gets considered.
