1. NO JOB SECURITY . 2. Employees are football to the management, they play with you as like. 3. Not good for those who want growth, salary hike is less. In Software development roles , technologies are little out dates. Overall culture is awesome. You get good four time food with good higiene.

Poor communication between teams. Appraisal process is worst. You will not get the full amount of money as per your CTC. Nobody cares about you. They will change management during appraisals so new manager gives only one reply that they can't do anything, it's done by previous manager.
