The Work Culture, you won't feel like working for someone else, neither you will be monitored nor you will be bullied by your Senriors. A Perfect environment to foster your capabilities, skills, experience. So if you get a chance, Go for it.......

Again sometimes the advantage becomes the disadvantage, at times you might feel that there must have been some intervention from the Sr. management or some kind of support from the Center, but as mentioned, no one monitors or tracks you which becomes a demerit if someone within the Organization is trying to harass or trouble you. In the TATA STRIVE have less growth not careto employee, and also they giving appraisal very bad, regional manager are not a good boss and not also good leader, he always treated like he is very good and always demotivate the employee, also ready to take revenge. Culture is very toxic, management is very careless, they dnt know what's going on ground level, they also not talk with employees about the concern, HR is always slow, they replied very slow on mail. As a BFSI Facilitator, everything is target oriented, you have to fill the batch, train and show placement with in 42 days of tenure, poor management and one way biased. It's terrible to work as a BFSI Facilitator as it is short term course. Except cleaning the Toilet, you have to work as a facilitator, Mobiliser, Admin, System hardware and operator. It's near to complete one year, but didn't loge out intime, have to work extended working hours. It's one year contract job....Read More
