1. The leadership team has no vision 2. A lot of favouritism in the organisation, which is used extensively to take promotion and hike in salary 3. No job security, if there are no projects available, they look for reasons to sack people 4. No permanent place to sit 5. Sometimes they target people and engage in fault finding 6. Suddenly she promoted as center manger I don't why management what did management see that made him center manger. If anyone is trapped then learn from lubna khatib. I was suffering from corona diseases and my test report is positive and she sent my report with one of my team member and says check whatever it's is original or not. After recovery I joined office I am report this issue with HR but. No one took my complaint seriously my word were postpone and HR team Anurag Rathore and Center manger Lubna khatib to forced me for resignation.
